DES MOINES (KWWL) -

Governor Terry Branstad and Lieutenant Governor Kim Reynolds will tour flood-damaged areas of eastern Iowa Monday.  The pair will join Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division Administrator Mark Schouten in New Hartford before taking an aerial tour of eastern Iowa, then touring flood damage in Coralville and Iowa City.   Repeated heavy rains have caused flooding conditions along area waterways and farm fields for the past week.
