Black Hawks Cammarata wins another big award

Posted: Updated:
WATERLOO (KWWL) -
Waterloo Black Hawks forward Taylor Cammarata completed his collection of individual awards from the 2012/13 season on Wednesday, as he was named the Dave Tyler Junior Player of the Year by USA Hockey.

Last season's leading scorer in the United States Hockey League, Cammarata has been recognized with nearly every major honor available to him.  The University of Minnesota recruit was lauded earlier this month as both the USHL's Player of the Year and Forward of the Year, as well as earning a place on the All-USHL First Team.  Wednesday's announcement of the Tyler Award represents USA Hockey's judgment that Cammarata was the most outstanding American player skating for any American junior hockey team.
