CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

One winning ticket has been sold in Florida for the record Powerball jackpot, according to a lottery official in Iowa.

Terry Rich, a lottery official in Iowa, confirmed the ticket matching all six numbers was sold in Florida. Rich told The Associated Press by telephone that details were expected to be announced later by Florida lottery officials about the actual ticket sold.

Powerball.com said the winner sold in Florida means the current estimated jackpot resets at $40 million or $25.1 million cash value.

The numbers drawn Saturday were: 10, 13, 14, 22, 52 and Powerball 11.

With four of every five possible combinations of Powerball numbers in play, someone was almost certain to win the game's highest jackpot, though chances of winning remained astronomically low at 1 in 175.2 million.

The odds of winning the Powerball are one in 175 million.

In fact, a person has a better chance of being struck my lightning, winning an Oscar or getting elected President of the United States.

Still, many Iowans are dreaming of winning the nearly 600-million dollars in the Powerball jackpot.

In fact, some of them already have plans to spend the money.

"The first thing I will do with the money is set up a trust fund for both my kids. I would set up a trust fund for my nieces and nephews," said Kimberly Welshans of Waterloo who bought three Powerball tickets on Saturday.

"I'm a big dolphins fan, so one thing I want to do is at least ride a dolphin just once," she said.

Andrew Kessler and his girlfriend Holly Anstey, both of Waterloo, each bought a ticket on Saturday.

"I won four dollars on the one ticket, so hopefully this one's the big one right here!" said Anstey who chose randomly selected numbers and was "100 percent confident" she had Saturday's winning ticket.

Kessler said if he has the winning ticket he would pay off all of his bills first.

"I'd definitely buy another car first thing, probably buy a house and another motorcycle," he said.

Long lines formed at stores like the Music Station in Cedar Falls.

The two dollar ticket gave folks a chance to dream.

"I suppose I'll buy my entire family houses," said Justin Moore of Cedar Falls. "They can each live separately. I'll have the biggest one of course, up on a hill somewhere."

Lottery officials said Iowa has had two jackpot winners in the past year.
