Gov. Terry Branstad and Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds plan to announce a major economic development project they term the "largest-ever economic development investment in Iowa."

The state government leaders will announce the project at 4 p.m. at the Governor's Office in the State Capitol in Des Moines.

The Governor's Office would not disclose further details prior to the announcement.
