UPDATE: One person taken to hospital after car collides with semi in Waterloo

One person was taken to the hospital after a car collided with a semi Monday night in Waterloo.
It happened on Martin Luther King Drive after 11:15 p.m. Police temporarily had to reroute traffic at the intersections of Martin Luther King Drive and Northeast Drive as well as Martin Luther King Drive and North Elk Run Road.
Police say a woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Her name has not been released.
