College student admits to selling crack cocaine

It's seven years in Federal prison for a Waterloo college student who pleaded guilty to selling crack cocaine.

25-year-old Ryan Stevenson entered a guilty plea in November 2012.  He admits he distributed crack cocaine in January 2012, and his two-year old child was present in his home during one of the sales.

Stevenson must also serve a three-year term of supervised release after the prison term. There is no parole in the federal system.
