WATERLOO (KWWL) -

Iowa corrections officials are asking for help finding a man that failed to return the Waterloo Work Release Facility.

Marco Canard Johnson, 27, failed to return to the facility on Wednesday after being released on a job search furlough, according to Fred Scaletta, spokesperson for the Iowa Department of Corrections.

Johnson, who was sentenced to 10 years for second-degree robbery in Black Hawk County, is described as an African-American male with black hair and brown eyes.

He is 5'9" tall and weighs around 195 pounds. He has tattoos on his upper left arm and left forearm.

If you have information on Johnson's whereabouts, call the Waterloo Police Department or Black Hawk County Sheriff's Department.
