Rapper Tone Loc collapses on stage during concert in Des Moines

Rapper Tone Loc refused to go to a hospital after collapsing on stage during a weekend performance in Des Moines.

Loc's real name is Anthony Smith. He collapsed after a concert Saturday night on a downtown Des Moines bridge.

Loc's representative did not immediately respond to messages Sunday.

This isn't the first time he has collapsed on stage. During a 2009 concert in Florida, authorities say he was apparently overheated and collapsed on stage before having a seizure.

Loc is best known for his hit singles "Funky Cold Medina" and "Wild Thing."
