UNI to play North Dakota in CIT

UNI head coach Ben Jacobson felt his team deserved a bid to the postseason NIT.  The Panthers, however, didn't hear their name called Sunday night, and have accepted a bid to play in the CIT.

UNI will host North Dakota, coached by Panther alum Brian Jones.  The two teams already met this season with UNI picking up a 72-47 win at home in November.

This is the 2nd time in 3 years the Panthers have played in the CIT.  Game time is set for 7 PM Tuesday in the McLeod Center
