"Hairball" to help North Liberty celebrate centennial

The City of North Liberty announced on Thursday that the band "Hairball" will help the city celebrate its 100th birthday.

North Liberty will mark its 100th birthday with a celebration on July 13 beginning at 11:00 a.m.  Festivities will include a picnic, games live music and activities.  Hairball will perform that night.

Hairball, who is celebrating their 13th year together, celebrates 80's arena rock using characters, pyrotechnics and props.

Tickets, which are only $5, are available for purchase online beginning Friday, April 5th at www.NLBirthdayBash.com.
