Hawks expect to have Geselle back for Big 10 Tournament

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

The Iowa Hawkeyes expect to have freshman point guard Mike Geselle back in the starting lineup when they take the floor Thursday night against Northwestern in the Big Ten postseason tournament at the United Center in Chicago. Geselle has missed the Hawkeyes' last three games with a foot ailment and hasn't seen action since leaving the Hawks' game at Nebraska last month. Geselle says his foot isn't broken but there is still pain when he makes certain movements.

Iowa beat Northwestern twice during the regular season and the Wildcats enter Thursday night's game riding an eight game losing streak which began with a loss to Iowa on February 9th.
