Some roadways in eastern Iowa are dealing with high water. It's led to some lane closures and at least one road closure. Cedar Rapids Public Works says J St. SW at the Prairie Creek bridge will be closed through Monday due to high water. Barricades are in place there and at other high water spots. Officials say if you can't tell how deep the water is on the roads, turn around.
