UPDATE: Investigators arrest 10, seek 2 more in drug bust

OELWEIN (KWWL) -

Ten people face charges after drug arrests in an apparent eastern Iowa drug ring.  KWWL filmed police this morning in Oelwein in the 200 block of Third Avenue Northeast.

Officers say they discovered items used to make meth inside the home.

Police first arrested two people... Then after investigation, rounded up several others.

The people arrested are from Oelwein, Evansdale, Independence and Westgate.

 

Officers arrested:

Coby Alan Euans, 30 of Oelwein
On-going criminal conduct -Class B Felony
Two counts of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine- both Class C Felonies
Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine -Class C Felony
Possession of Marijuana- Serious Misdemeanor
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Bridget Anne Nicolay, 21 of Oelwein
Gathering where drugs are used- Class D Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- Simple Misdemeanor

 

Following the search warrant, officers rounded up several other individuals:

Brandy Laren Angell, 34, of Evansdale
Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine- Class C Felony

Julie Ann Evans, 31, of Independence
Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine- Class C Felony

Roger Palmer Nichols, 43, of Oelwein
Delivery of Methamphetamine- Class C Felony
Possession of Methamphetamine- Serious Misdemeanor
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- Simple Misdemeanor

Stacy Michele Olmstead, 24, of Oelwein
Conspiracy to Deliver Marijuana- Class D Felony
Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine- Class C Felony

Cody Richard Reisner, 29, of Oelwein
Conspiracy to Deliver Marijuana- Class D Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- Simple Misdemeanor

Kent James Rueber, 49, of Westgate
Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine- Class C Felony

Forest Shane Spitzer, 37, of Oelwein
Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine- Class C Felony

Donna Ardel Wilson, 32, Oelwein
Conspiracy to Deliver Marijuana- Class D Felony
Possession of Marijuana- Serious Misdemeanor


Police are still looking for 39-year-old Renee Lyn Snay and 24-year-old Benito Alejandro Trevino of Oelwein.  The investigation continues and more charges are pending.
