Boil advisory lifted in Attica

Posted:
MARION COUNTY (KWWL) -

A boil advisory placed on the city of Attica Friday is no longer in effect.

This comes after water samples indicated the water was safe.

The boil order was issued after a water main break. A break in a water line could allow bacteria to enter the water supply.

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says that water test results obtained Sunday indicated the water is now safe.
