WATERLOO (KWWL) -

Traffic was rerouted Wednesday night on Highway 218 near the Broadway Street exit in Waterloo.

A semi truck is obstructing part of the roadway, causing traffic to slow down through the area. Authorities were rerouting traffic. Stay with KWWL for updates on this developing story.
