A Des Moines man claims police are harassing him.

David Flores is facing a second trial for the 1996 murder of Phyllis Davis.

Flores claims Des Moines police have pulled him over at least 14 times after he was released from prison in March.

Attorneys for Flores say they have asked to judge to stop the department from targeting their client.

A police spokesman says there is no organized effort to harass Flores.
