Drug take-back program scheduled for Monday in Waterloo

If you're looking to clean out your medicine cabinet, you can visit a pharmacy in Waterloo Monday.

The Allen Clinic Pharmacy will hold a medication take-away day beginning at 9 a.m.

The pharmacy will take your expired or un-used prescriptions for disposal. Prescriptions should be dropped off in their original packaging or in labeled bottles. 

Home care supplies and needles are not eligible for Monday's take back program.

Monday's program will end at 1 p.m.
