MFL MarMac upsets #2 Cascade for return to state

MANCHESTER (KWWL) -

MFL MarMac will make a return trip to state for the second straight season after handing #2 Cascade their first loss of the year 52-40.

The Bulldogs pulled the upset behind some great shooting down the stretch.  Cascade would hold a 25-23 lead at the halftime break.  MFL MarMac outscored the Cougars 13-6 through the third quarter and never looked back as they punched their ticket to Wells Fargo.

Cascade closes their season at 23-1.
