DNH beats New Hampton for 1st trip to state in 13 years

Dike-New Hartford outlasted 8th ranked New Hampton down the stretch to defeat the Chickasaws 63-55 earning their first trip to state since 2000.

The Chickasaws trailed by 4 after 3 quarters and hit 5 of 9 three pointers down the stretch, but it wasn't enough as Dike-New Hartford put the game away at the line.  Parker hit 8 of 10 from the free throw line helping to seal the deal.

The win snapped DNH's streak of 4 straight losses in substate games since their last trip to state.
