FAYETTE COUNTY (KWWL) -

Two men accused of robbing a bank and wounding two police officers will have separate trials.

A Fayette County judge ruled Wednesday that Jeremiah Mumford and William Clayton will not share a trial in this county.

Both face two counts of terrorism, attempted murder and first-degree robbery in Fayette County after a seven-hour police chase in October.

Their pretrials are currently both set for March 11 in Fayette County, and their trials are currently both set for March 27.

Both face additional charges in Bremer County.
