West Delaware crowns 3 champs, wins team title

West Delaware crowned 3 individual champs on their way to their first team title since 1991.  The championship was the second in school history.

Saturday night actually didn't matter in the team race.  The Hawks had already clinched the title during the morning's placing matches.  Still West Delaware padded the overall margin with dominant performances.

106 pounder Patrick Woods, 220 pounder Adam Reth, and heavyweight Dean Broghammer all picked up pins to end their matches early.  For Reth, the state title was the second of his career.

West Delaware ended the tournament with 151 points, 37.5 better than second place Davenport Assumption.
