WATERLOO (KWWL) -

In Waterloo on Saturday, Silver Eagle Harley Davidson played host to a chili cookoff which benefits the local Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.  Scouts were there to lend a hand and so were volunteers. The Harley Owners Group sponsored the benefit. Money raised stays in Eastern Iowa.

Lisa Aschenbrenner, Harley Owners Group Director, said, "We use that money then later on during the Summer to go to camp courageous on their Muscular Dystrophy Association day, MDA, and we provide treats for the kids there at Camp Courageous...and rides on motorcycles." Silver Eagle handed out gift cards to the winners of each category of mild, spicy, and unusual.
