Dubuque Co. authorities: Driver had nearly 12 pounds of pot

DUBUQUE COUNTY (KWWL) -

A Colorado man is behind bars after a traffic stop in Dubuque County Friday.  Authorities say 33-year-old Brian Unbehaun of Brighton, Colorado was stopped on Highway 151 Friday afternoon.  Sheriff's deputies say a K-9 smelled the presence of a controlled substance during a search of Unbehaun's pickup truck.  Authorities say they then found 11.7 pounds of marijuana.  Unbehaun was taken to the Dubuque County Jail, where he faces charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Drug Tax Stamp Law violation.
