WATERLOO (KWWL) -
A Black Hawk County jury found Kevin Ambrose guilty Friday afternoon of all three counts he was facing.
Ambrose was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 59-year-old Kay Straw, following a dispute in May 2012.
He was also charged with attempted murder for shooting Straw's daughter, Marlene Buss and attempting to shoot Marlene's ex-boyfriend, Undray Reed.
Marlene Buss is Ambrose's ex-fiancee. Family members say she was trying to break off an abusive relationship with Ambrose, even getting a restraining order against him.
Family members did not feel comfortable talking after Friday's verdict.
Sentencing will happen at a later date.
In the meantime, Ambrose remains in jail with no bond.
