UI Staff member arrested and charged with drunk driving

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

A conservative University of Iowa part time staff member involved in a legal battle with her employer was arrested Monday for drunk driving.

Our partners at the Iowa City Press-Citizen report police arrested Teresa Wagner Monday night. Police say her blood alcohol content was above the legal limit.

Wagner is currently working on securing a second trial against the former and current deans of the UI College of Law.

She says she was passed up for jobs because of her conservative perspectives.
