Marble leads Iowa past Northwestern 71-57

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

Devyn Marble broke out of his slump scoring 21 points as Iowa took care of Northwestern 71-57.

Marble broke through the Wildcat defense picking up 4 dunks to help bust out of his rough patch.  He had scored just two points in the Hawks' previous two games.  Josh Oglesby add 10 for Iowa (15-9, 4-7 Big Ten) who had won just 1 of their previous 5 games.

The Hawkeyes led throughout much of the contest, but put the game away on a 10-0 run in the second half.
