CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -
The City of Cedar Falls is issuing a no parking ordinance beginning Wednesday night at 10 p.m. in order to remove snow build-up.
Cedar Falls Public Works will begin hauling snow from the Cedar Falls High School, the downtown Parkade and the College Hill area starting at 11 p.m. Wednesday through 7 a.m. Thursday.
Parking will not be allowed in those three areas beginning at 8 p.m., according to a press release.
On-street parking in other areas of Cedar Falls will not be allowed beginning at 10 p.m. through 7 a.m.
Public parking lots will not be affected by the ordinance and can be utilized as a parking alternative, according to the city.
