Top ranked Iowa City West handles East 86-59

Top ranked Iowa City West fought off a determined Waterloo East team 86-59 to remain unbeaten.  IC West beat East by 42 points last month in Iowa City, but Friday night Waterloo East got 17 first half points from Desmond Vanarsdale and actually led West in the first half. But Iowa City West outscored East 42-24 in the second half to improve to 17-0.
