Another Democrat sworn in for State House seat vacated

DES MOINES (KWWL) -

An area representative was sworn in Tuesday.

Democrat Todd Prichard won a special election last week for District 52.

That seat was vacated by Brian Quirk--who resigned shortly after the November election.
