One of the biggest new year's resolution is to lose weight, and snacking throughout the day (the right way) can actually help.

Plan ahead

- Have healthy snacks on hand and accessible- less healthy snacks out of site

Portion Control

- Get the right gear (measuring cups, individual baggies, containers)

- Go over a couple of examples of proper food portions

Pair a protein

- Helps stay full longer

- Examples: cheese, nuts/nut butter, eggs
