LINN COUNTY (KWWL) -

A man from Swisher is in a southeast Iowa jail after a two-month-old baby was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The baby was taken to the hospital in Ottumwa December 7th.

Information led Linn County deputies to an apartment in Ely this past weekend.  They were trying to find 25-year-old MIchael Blair, and found him in an attic.

Blair is charged with child endangerment, and in the Wapello County Jail on a $200,000 cash-only bond.
