Cyclones hit 11 3's in 82-62 win over Texas

Freshman Georges Niang scored a career high 18 as Iowa State knocked off Texas 82-62.  The win was the 16th straight at home for the Cyclones.

Will Clyburn added 16 for Iowa State (11-4, 1-1 Big 12) who bounced back from a heartbreaking overtime loss at 6th ranked Kansas earlier in the week.

The Cyclone's win over the Longhorns was just the second in the last 11 meetings.
