Memorial funds established for victims of deadly medical helicopter crash

MASON CITY (KWWL) -
Mercy Foundation - North Iowa has established memorial funds to support the families of Shell Lair-Langenbau, Russ Piehl, and Gene Grell, the three people on board a medical helicopter when it crashed on Jan. 2, 2013.
 
Donations can be designated to an individual fund or to the "Mercy Air Med Flight Crew Monument."
 
Checks should be made payable to "Mercy Foundation - North Iowa."
 
They can be mailed to:

Donations can also be made over the phone by calling: 641-428-7740 or online by clicking here.
 
Additionally, T-shirts have been designed in memory of the victims. They will be listed for sale online through Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013.
 
All proceeds will go to memorials.
