UPDATE: Highway 21 reopened in Keokuk County after crash

KEOKUK COUNTY (KWWL) -

The Keokuk County Sheriff's Office says a crash between a semi and a tractor closed a busy highway for 4 hours Sunday afternoon.  Few details of the crash were released.  Traffic was blocked in both directions on Highway 21 about 1 mile north of Thornburg for about 4 hours.   The road was re-opened at about 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
