OMAHA, Neb. (KWWL) -

A Waterloo man is accused of mailing bomb threats to the FBI office in Omaha.

The FBI & postal inspectors charged Matthew Fell with two counts of making a false threat.

Court documents say postal workers at a post office in Lincoln, Nebraska found an envelope in June that had "This is a bomb!" written on it.

A portion of the office was evacuated.

There was no bomb, but it did contain another envelope addressed to the FBI in Omaha, that contained a piece of paper and a thumb drive.

Fell is charged with two counts of making a false threat.
