Millersburg man accused of resisting arrest

Posted:
JOHNSON COUNTY (KWWL) -

A man from Millersburg faces charges after a Johnson County Sheriff's Deputy says the man resisted arrest.

A deputy says he approached 19-year-old Ethan Morrow while Morrow was trying to change a flat tire.

The deputy says Morrow was intoxicated and, at first, wouldn't put his tire iron down. Then when police tried to handcuff Morrow, they say he resisted and fought with officers. The criminal complaint says during that altercation, the officer received cuts to his left hand.

Morrow faces charges of interference with official acts, and bodily injury.
