Car hits house in Waterloo

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

A car crashed into a house in Waterloo Friday night.

It happened in the 900 block of Downing Avenue.

Waterloo police say 25-year-old Craig James hit the home just before 11:00 p.m. Friday.

James is a former University of Northern Iowa football player.

He was taken to a local hospital. There's no word on his condition. No one inside the home was injured.
