Marshalltown man faces vehicular homicide charge

MARSHALLTOWN (KWWL) -

A Marshalltown man faces a vehicular homicide charge after a fatal crash in September.

The Marshalltown Police Department says Derick Bear, age 18, is charged for the ATV crash that claimed the life of Mario Ortega.

Bear was arrested Tuesday afternoon.
