Iowans protest for peace in Gaza

Iowans gathered Tuesday night to protest the ongoing violence in Gaza.

The group People for Justice in Palestine formed outside Congressman Dave Loebsack's office in Iowa City.

They want the U.S. government to step in and demand a cease fire to save the lives of civilians.

"My cousin actually was killed in this round of fighting," said Yaser AbuDagga, Co-Founder.  "He's 13 years old and he was playing in front of his house when he got shot, dead, for no reason."

While U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visited the region today, these protestors believe that the message from America's government has been unclear.
