The man accused of killing his neighbor in Cedar Rapids poured water on his attorney's head Monday.
Jerome Power is charged with killing 68-year-old Doris Bevins in her home. Power poured water on his attorney Steve Addington as jurors we being excused to being deliberations. Deputies led him out of the courtroom after the outburst.
This isn't the first time something unusual has happened in the courtroom.
Last week Power held up a hand-written sign, claiming someone else killed his neighbor. The jury continues deliberations Tuesday.
