Allen Health System has first female CEO

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

Allen Health System has it's first female president and CEO.

Pamela Delagardelle takes the position effective January 1st.

She replaces Tom Tibbitts, who retires December 31st.

Delagardelle has been in charge of Grundy County Memorial Hospital since 2003.

She'll also be the first nurse to lead Allen.
