--Carve your turkey in the kitchen or a spot away from the main dining table
--Start with the legs
--Once the legs are done, cut a long cut down the center of the bird -- dividing the breasts
--Carve each breast of the bird
--Cut the pieces accordingly and display on a platter for easier serving to your guests
