The trial for Dan Morrissey, father of Lyric Cook, has been continued.

Morrissey requested a change in venue, which was denied.

To ensure a fair trial, questionnaires are being sent out to potential jurors.

Morrissey is the father of Lyric Cook, who has been missing with her cousin Elizabeth Collins since July 13.

Morrissey faces abuse and drug charges from an arrest last year.
