Don Bosco beats Murray 78-76 in overtime to make 8 man Championship

In a game that featured a state football playoff record 154 points it was defense that saved the day in Don Bosco's 78-76 overtime victory over Murray. The win lifted the Dons (12-0) to their first State Championship game next week against Marcus Meriden Cleghorn.  Don Bosco's Tyler Metcalf broke up a Murray two point conversion pass attempt in the first overtime to preserve the Dons victory.  Don Bosco quarterback Jake Hogan threw three touchdown passes and ran for three more scores as Don Bosco rallied twice from deficits of 16 and 10 points.
