WATERLOO (KWWL) -
After a little more than two weeks of fundraising, it was finally time for Danielle Wagner to sit in the hot seat and cut my hair for Pantene Beautiful Lengths.
Pantene Beautiful Lengths requires eight inches, so Danielle's hairstylist Sarah Lamos made sure the length was enough, then we brought up the four people whose names were drawn.
Each made at least a $10 donation to the American Cancer Society to cut my hair. First up, Aaron Mueller. With the first ponytail gone, there was no going back. Next was Kris Klingaman, who decided to have a little fun with me by bringing in her horse hair trimmer. Then came my Nikki Newbrough, and last up was Lynette Hartman.
With the ponytails gone, it was time for Sarah Lamos with Jiva Salon and Spa in Cedar Falls to "fix" Danielle's hair.
Danielle wants to give a huge thanks to everyone who supported her fundraiser. Also, thanks to Kelly Angell with the American Cancer Society and Mo Hardy with Visions Hair Studio in Waterloo for their support.
Danielle hoped to raise $500 for the American Cancer Society. The final total was $680!
