FAIRBANK (KWWL) -
In Class A Wapsie Valley hosted North Tama.  The Red Hawks strike first.  Jacob Wrage on the keeper for an 11 yard score.  North Tama up 7-0.  The Warriors come right back.  Tyler Odneal spins around a defender for an 11 yard score.  Wapsie trailed 7-6 after a missed extra point.  But not for long.  Odneal finds the end zone again after a North Tama fumble.  This time from the 10 to put the Warriors up 12-7.  Mitch Boevers would connect with Kenny Saulsberry with 1 second left in the half to give the Warriors an 18-7 lead at the break.  In the 3rd quarter, Ethan Kleitsch scores on a 6 yard TD run and Wapsie Valley goes up 25-7.  North Tama would not give up.  Wrage finds Brent Billerbeck with a shovel pass to cut the lead to 25-13.  But it's Wapsie Valley moving on…46-20
