While President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney are off the campaign trail on Tuesday due to Hurricane Sandy, some high profile figures will be making stops in Eastern Iowa on their behalf.

Former Iowa Governor and current United States Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack is making three stops in Eastern Iowa on Tuesday.

He began the day in Dubuque with an 8:30 a.m. event at the Diamond Jo Casino.  He will then stop at Luigi's in Oelwein for an 11:00 a.m. event and then wrap-up the day in New Hampton with a 1:00 p.m. event at City Hall.

Ann Romney will make three stops in Iowa after beginning Tuesday in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Mrs. Romney will headline two disaster relief collection events in Davenport and Cedar Rapids.  The Davenport event is scheduled to begin at 1:25 p.m. at the Davenport Victory Center at 311 West Kimberly Road.

The Cedar Rapids event is scheduled to begin at 3:35 p.m. at the Cedar Rapids Victory Office at 155 Collins Road.

Mrs. Romney will end the night with a rally in Des Moines at the Temple for the Performing Arts at 1100 Locust Street.  That event is scheduled to begin at 6:20 p.m.
