FAIRBANK (KWWL) -

Second ranked Wapsie Valley stayed perfect and rolled in to the third round of the playoffs with a 48-20 win over Gladbrook-Reinbeck.

The Warrior defense provided much of the fireworks picking up a pair of pick 6's in the first half.  Jake Levendusky intercepted Trevor Trunck and took it back 64 yards for an early 7-0 lead.  Later, with Wapsie Valley leading 19-7, Adam Bachman would roll 50 yards to the end zone for the second return of the night.

Wapsie Valley also added some big plays on the ground.  Tyler Odneal turned in another signature highlight reel play with a 77 yard first half touchdown run.

Wapsie Valley moves on to face North Tama in the third round.  The Redhawks knocked off Starmont 35-12.
