A Dubuque School Board member faces criminal charges after an incident with a bus driver at the Dubuque Golf and Country Club.  Our coverage partners at the Dubuque Telegraph Herald report 50-year-old George Davis was charged with criminal mischief for beating on the hood of the bus and burglary for entering the bus without the driver's permission.  Davis says he regrets the series of events that led to the charges being filed.  The full story can be found here.
