Free clothing giveaway at church in Cedar Falls

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

The Cedarloo Church of Christ in Cedar Falls hosted its annual clothing giveaway event on Saturday morning.

Donated items from members of the church were available to the public for free. The event is intended to help those who cannot afford the prices of similar items at consignment stores for essential items.

Items such as clothes, shoes, blankets and toys were donated to the event. The event had a good turnout in comparison to previous years.  All leftover items were donated to local Goodwill stores.
